2. General information

Protecting your personal data is important to me. This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no external fonts or third-party content. All fonts are loaded locally from this server. Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to operate the website and respond to your enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on a server operated by me, located in a data centre of the following provider:

The server is located in the Falkenstein data centre (Saxony, Germany). Data is processed exclusively in Germany; no transfer to third countries takes place.

When you visit the website, the web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in so-called server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file accessed
• referrer URL (previously visited page)
• browser and operating system used

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website. Log files are automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. It ensures that Hetzner processes personal data only in accordance with my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact me by email or phone, the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) is processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.

You have the right at any time to:

• access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
